June 19, 2008 Update: ONLINE ORDERING FOR HUD FORMS WILL BE DOWN FOR 3 WEEKS
NTIS, the company that handles all orders for HUD lists of homeowners, has pulled down their online ordering. They say it will be offline for approximately 3 weeks, while they overhaul the ordering system. In the meantime, you can order by phone by calling 1-800-553-6847. You can order by state, or, if you are just getting started, ask for the HUD lists that are under $30.
June 16, 2007 Update:
HUD has recently made some changes to their forms and the processes they follow.
- You must now use their new approved Power of Attorney form, which is found below
- HUD Form 2042 has been replaced by HUD-27050-B. (This form is mentioned on page 8 of your manual, in step 9)
- HUD has also updated the Third-Party Tracer Procedures (which replaces pages 21 and 22 of your Orientation Processor Manual). These new procedures can be found by clicking on this link
Below are all the forms and contracts you will require as an Independent Refund Processor. These forms are listed in the order found in the Orientation Manual. You will need Microsoft Word® to edit these files.
To access a file, simply click on the name of the form you require. You will be asked whether you want to open or save the file. Click on "save file" and save it to a location on your computer. You can then open the file directly from your own computer.
Before printing these documents, be sure to type in the proper information to fit the borrower you are working with. Enter the proper data in all the bolded fields in the documents.
